They are very difficult to drive on roads - the differentials have no slip and the transmission winds up. They need regular driving up onto lumps of wood or concrete one wheel at a time otherwise the gearbox explodes.

 

If you need to manage 2000 acres of woodland with lots of rivers to cross, and own an oil well, I can't think of a better vehicle!
