stein jackets

Here's my Hooded Synchro Soft Shell Jacket by mountain hardwear. Had it two years now and it's only starting to loose it's waterproof capabilities (wife put it on a hot wash....grrrr).

This jacket has been in and out of many conifer hedges with not a tear in sight. This jacket has vents underarm and was specificaly designed for use with a harness. Easy access to pockets etc. When the weather is really dire....the hood will go over your climbing helmet.

Not the cleanest jacket on the slopes, but hey....Do I look bothered.

i have both the stien and the hi flex and like them both

the hi flex is reasonably bright and showerproof and very nice and soft to wear

the stien is nice and bright and seems very waterproof and is good to wear any time though not as soft as hi flex

if both got lost tomorrow i would buy the stien as its half the cost and just as good imo although i would probably buy this one in the pic which i believe is made by the same company though for cycling and comes with a small back pocket and is £10 cheaper than the stien and seems to be much better value for money but as we often see tree stuff = more money

or am i been cynical

Bob where can you get the £10 cheaper version of the Stein?
