One size fits nearly everyone.

Does take some people a while to find the sweet spot. I got mine out of the box, put it on and went to work. I have adjusted it a bit here and there, but its been pretty comfy without any great effort.

In fact, some people wont let anyone else climb in their TM in case something is adjusted and they cant get it back to how they like it!

its a good harness for the money when you think an austrain gio bridge wont last longer then 18months and you cant replace the bridge of it fails it loler inspection. When on a tree motion you can replace all the cords for the leg loops and the bridge.
