One of the brother's in law is and runs a public house in the centre of Macclesfield. We went to see him over Christmas and someone had supplied the worse logs I have seen for a long time. (sold in yellow ton bags as a cubic metre and all unsplit pieces of recent felled Leylandii with branch lugs on) He was also sold normal coal to burn in a smokeless zone. Nightmare to light!!

Hope it is not someone on the forum?

all our wood is now undercover from the day its felled,

great investment is a poly tunnel :D
