I think you do get a few bad eggs on it but if they're that bad they won't get any decent feedback , if you keep giving the reputation cards out after each job your feedback score will go up and be up to date while the dodgy folk will fall behind.

 

We get alot of work from it and according to he who pays the wages it is by far the most cost effective form of advertising we use

I am aware that i'm cutting off my nose to spite my face over this.... as a lot of people use it to find a contractor - whatever work they may do.

 

I have been trimming back my advertising of late, and its made no difference to the ammount of business i'm getting.

 

I would like to be involved with a scheme that represents honest, decent tradesmen.... but this one doesn't sit well with me when i know who i would be associated with locally!!
