Hakki 1x37 chain sprocket

Anyone know if these are hakki only parts are are they stihl or husky?

Thanks bob. Got the full set on order from them. I was hoping there was a cheaper / quicker way out of trouble but they have sent them express so should be with me before 10am sat. Anyway.

 

Have you changed one youself? Any tips?

hi there is a cheaper way you can buy the sproket seperate from oregen and just get the shafts made up last ones i did worked out at under 20 quid

Last time I spoke to large they were £70 + £20 carriage. There is a cheaper way but not seen it done yet anyone got some pics will need to do mine soon.

So is the shaft permanently fixed to sprocket?

 

Ive got the shaft and sprocket out of the housing and bearings (very tight fit) but not sure if you can punch the shaft out of the spocket.

Tell me about it, i struggled for hours fitting a new one on my Hakki, eventually did it, then spoke to M Large and they said i should of sent it back to them and they would of done it for me.

Just to confirm.... The cup of the sprocket is welded to the shaft. For speed order sprocket, shaft and two bearings from large rather than tit about making one. Also a good idea to fit a new belt pulley as the old one will get damaged as you remove it. When refitting new parts ensure that shaft is pushed far enough into pulley so that shaft end is flush with belt pulley outside edge thus pulling drive sprocket into correct alignment with chainsaw bar.

 

Then use the old parts as patterns to tit about making your own new parts.
