I had a three day job booked in this week subbing to an Arb consultancy firm. Job was to fell 2 x wellingtonias. Had a hiab arranged to section the trunks down and an Arbtalker was collecting the wood.

Made a courtesy call Monday afternoon to the tree owner to remind him we were coming in Tues, Weds and thurs only to be told the trees had been done about 3 weeks ago!

Still don't know what happened or who did them?

That is not good and very rude. For us it was just an inconvenience and a waste of fuel getting from one end of the county from there we went to fareham to do a windblown tree on a bridleway so not a total waste of time
