Hi there sometimes it's not the sales patter that will keep them coming back for more and it's not allways even the price either .

 

If your customers really like you and the service you give them from the first contact with them to the wood being delivered to them they will become your customer for years to come.

I totally agree with this. In my previous existence I used to say the first thing I sold was me, and then if the customer liked me they would buy the products I am selling. It costs nothing to be pleasant and polite and to show a bit of interest in them. I'm also amazed at the amount of people I have called who have left messages on my answerphone and have said "Thank you for phoning back." It would appear to be a regular occurance that customers leave messages with either staff or answerphones and nobody gets back to them.
