There are covert alarms that go under products/vehicles and when moved send an SMS to the mobile so one can decide on which action to take.

That sounds interesting, like the trackers you put on your chipper, but contacts you instead of the police (ours never worked!)

Are there any companies that insure timber? a lot of time and money is tied up in stacks of cordwood. I asked the company that insures our plant and they could'nt help.

Thanks, I have tried them before, but they wanted to insure everything I had, buildings/tractors etc, and It was a lot more expensive, but will try again
