Back in April I paid £440 up here for CS30/31 training. The assessment for both came to £230. There's a rough guide to costs.

As to getting experience, I spent 3 months working for free up here.... and I'm 45.

I would suggest you put some smart..ish clothes on and go knocking on the lists you've been helped with above. Offer to work for free on days out of class, pay your tuition with a job at MaccyD's.

No one will help someone that doesn't show some gumption and determination. Show some spark doing the above and you have hope.

My tuppence.

i try to pay my tuition fees by doing garden jobs and have been doing so for a few years, i just wanted to try and get a bit more cash than what i earn from doing these small jobs every week.

Google NPTC assessment schedules for information and NPTC training providers for prices

Thank you for your help it is appreciated and you didn't do what others seem to do and that is shoot a student down before he started to fly.

If your skin is this thin, then go and work in an office. If you think you have taken some stick on here, then wait til you make a tiny error on a site and you will be in tears needing counseling.
