its a very poor wage

Im not being funny but the wage is not poor to a man in need of a job , also you need to take into account the ammount that could be learnt from working within that team and it would go a fair way to be able to state that you were a member of that team on your CV .

fair enough on your comments day, a future cv is fine and well but it does not pay the bills, i just think £60 at the top is a poor wage. But if someone wants to work for that then who am i to say otherwise:biggrin:

i do see where you are coming from but lets be honest if you in need of a job in the arb sector then in all honesty beggars cant be choosers . and the job is parobably a cracking little number , how many climbers have wished to work on specimen trees only !!!:001_smile:

its a great opportunity for someone, I think a lot of people have a poor attitude to work and money. Many people work for months or even years as unpaid interns just to get a foothold in the career of their choice. I started in tree work on 8k, and that was after earning £40k in the city. As an employer I would much rather take someone who had spent a year at the botanics than a bolshy college leaver who thinks he's worth 30k.
