Hi all, I'm looking to buy a tractor to do a bit of flailing locally and pull a timber trailer now and then and have been offered a county with roof crane for £5k plus vat which I think is a steal if you re in the market for one. My dilemma is do I just buy a Case or Massey and have a more comfy versatile tractor.

Help please!

I've sent you a link so let me know if you don't go for it and I will send it to combined tree Servs and if he doesn't go for it then I will have no option but to buy it myself!!

Dont know that I would fancy sitting on a County day in day out as a working tool. Had my share of that 40 years ago, then we got John Deere's.

But as a collectors tractor it will never be worth anything less, the big front wheels require a LOT of turning space and the diffs have a habit of failing but its an appreciating asset especially if its an 1124 upwards.
