Well, I have told WCE that a WI-PS is completly useless for both them and us, so they Scottish power will probably issue the new guys with WI-2... and WCE will just have to keep them busy on shutdown work.

 

I remember the days when there wer'nt even NPTC's, and you could just give anybody a try out on line clearance...

Sorry to admit it, but I had 17 years waggling live line rods about. Self trained, self assesed, did 99.9% live - only asked for a shut down 5 times. Only stopped doing it because another firm reckoned that they could more for less. Then EME had a change of policy. Story ended.
