field guide i think with the most common species with really good photos leaf shape, bark in detail and natural shape???

 

ooops, sorry yes back on track - collins guide and always get 2! One will be wet, dirty and thumbed to pieces outside and then when you get home you confirm it in the dry :thumbup1:

Best one for price, what you are asking for and ease of use is the collins field guide by Owen johnson (2006)
