A lot!

I've got most field guides by differnet authors but the Alan mitchell 1973 edition and owen johnson (collins, 2006) one are good ones to have

I've got a big book of leaves of the world, a book on conifers of the world, some FC booklets and am waiting on a new book that hasn't been published yet which you can find on most good tree book sellers like treesource or summerfield books or abebooks

I also spend stupidly copious amounts of my time now learning the different botanical features of species by visiting woodlands, parklands, botanical gardens and arboretums and am currently building my own tree identification database (eventually this will become a website and phone app in a few years)

Its just a case of practice, practice, practice which is why i started this thread so i could do exactly that:biggrin:
