Just fitted new av rubbers to my 440 but this looks a bit odd to me...

 

The underside pic looks ok to me so I'm guessing it's just the plastics? What do you guys think? Cheers mike

One of the rubbers is not in place properly. Take them out and start again, but before you re-insert spray the rubber mount with magic spray (WD40 or similar). They will pop in much easier, and the saw will look straight not wonky.

I never did av's on a 440, but on the 034 if you put one in the wrong location it could do that. That means you have 2 in the wrong area.

I also had a 034 I took in trade that was way off with a MS360 tank on it. I thought the mounts were switched and they wasnt. Just the way it was going to be with a 034 with MS360 tank on it.

Cheers guys. I've tried undoing them all pulling out, refitting etc but still isn't right. I've even swapped the two that are the same about. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the casing being cracked around the mounts?
