arb ticket theory!

Hi

 

I am looking for any information regarding gaining a recognised/certificate in arboriculture.(theory)

 

I wasnt fortunate enough to come straight out of school and into college to gain the certificate, but have been working in the tree industry for 5yrs and have attained alot of practical tickets along the way but no theory!

 

I have had a look at some local to me but they all require 1 day off a week for a year! Im not able to do this and would like to no if any of you no of any home based studys or any other arb theory certificate i can gain which would show i have a clear understanding of arboriculture.

 

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Treelife do a home study course, bit pricey, but worth a call and a chat. They always seem happy to advise, good lucj
