Palex st35,any good

I was thinking if getting a second hand palex st35 wood processor.do any of you no if they are any good. I was pitching it against the dalen 2054 but this is a lot more money I think, but is it a a case as you get what you pay for.

I think both good quality machines. I would pick the one with the most powerful ram if you are going to put your oak through it. I think the Dalen is good for stuff with a bit of a bend in it.

I assume none of you are running Palax machines then, from the videos they look good bits of kit to me. I was also interested in this reply as I will need to upgrade maybe next year. Supplier help and back up is so so important.

ive had a palax for 5 years now and cant fault it . The Dalen 2054 is a great machine but expensive so depends how much splitting you are doing ? If its just a sideline then get the palax if your running it all day everyday then get the Dalen.

Marshalls will back up your Dalen and caladonian will back up your palax both good to deal with the choice is yours ..
