Hi all, my boss, john has asked me to find a new climber for our firm based in chesham bucks so here we are on the look out!

We are a AAAC firm and our work is mainly repeat work with lots of reductions, hedging, the occasional big fell and site clearances.

If you can reduce well already it would be an advantage, but I can teach a less able/confidant climber to do this well so so do not think you have to be a brilliant reducer:001_smile:

As long as your fit and able, and have a good work ethic we would like to hear from you as soon as possible.

Personally i am praying for an individual who loves this business with a passion and wants to do it well and learn everything there is to learn like me, for at present I work with folk who do not get it and it would be nice to have at least one member of the team genuinely interested in other aspects of our business:biggrin:

Johns a good guy to work for, by the book and structured days too, an unusual thing in this industry! we stop for a tea break at 10.30ish and an hour for lunch we go home around 5 everyday ive worked late twice in the last 6 years!

and we have a lot of good kit too, so lots to learn to play with!

if you are looking for a job, get in touch.

were waiting...

Good Luck ! I can relate to what your saying about some individuals work ethic etc. We are all praying for workers with that sort of passion but in my experience workers like that are collectors items which is a shame for the industry as a whole !

I will find one, there are more out there than you think, and some of them just need encouraging:thumbup1:
