Anyone else noticed how more and more customers want to keep the wood when you take down anything decent now?

 

 

 

Lots more keep the wood even if its old spruce with sows tit knots and manky pine. They are not fussy at all.

£60 per bulk bag average round here. So I have an ever so slight monopoly.

how would one get into this ? i wouldnt mind doing a lil bit n selling to family and friends to start with, especially my gran as she pays silly money for her logs, 6 - 8 inch dia and prob 8 inch long unsplit. think she paid around 30 quid for conifer variety unsplit un seasoned, b lucky if she got half a cube
