What chipper is this ??

I got 1 of them but mine is yellow with patches of rust its a 1999 single roller fed entec petrol 18hp kohler. They done a nice rebuild on it. good machine but a bit expensive at £4500 and still on its same engine

Also, if you've not seen it in person, get him to photograph the plate and email it to you. The serial no. Will give you, and t/w all the information you need.

I sold a mint 2001 tw24/150 for less then 4500 much better machiene thats one of the little timberwolf chippers is that 18hp ?

Stuff the entec/ TW or whatever it is and have that scabby old vermeer off him- it'll out chip and outlast that orange thing for years!

Hi,

That is definetely a CH18PH, the old Timberwolf before they went Orange. That would make it at least 10 years old.

 

If you have £4.5k to spend then why not finance a newer machine? We have lightly used 125's starting from £8200.

 

You can by a new machine for £4.5k more that what you have been quoted. That works out £450 per year's usage, and it would then be the same age. You can re-spray a chipper for £300-£500.
