So it's Grifola?

 

I'm still unsure as to which fungi cause what rots, I'm better than I used to be but it's just a case of finding the association. And trying to remember them. It's a bit tricky!

Rob, do you not have a copy of the AA's 'Fungi on Trees'

 

Types of decay are noted on the 27 fungi listed

 

 

 

Also the Directory here has the decay types for the principal fungi.

I've got an order form to send off to them to get one. I received a copy of wood decay by weber today and that already has helped me work it out.

 

I'll get the order form posted. Then go and buy a bigger bookcase. Already filled mine now.

Just start a seperate account up at the bank and hide all tree related book purchases from every one. :thumbup:

He aint lying, one day the shelf will collapse, and youll be forced to accept you have a problem, there is a group for the issue, we meet on wednesday eves and discuss our addictions!:lol:
