Are there any agricultural colleges in NI that offer courses in arb and forestry? I googled it but couldn't find any. Asking on behalf of a cousin who wants to get into the industry. Cheers

There is CAFRE that have campuses in Enniskellen, Greenmount and Loughry and they seem to do everything but arb.

 

Yes, they support training for chainsaw users that might work in agriculture, but they all stay on the ground.

As WeeDee has said there are a few doing the range of City and Guilds Land based services (NPTC) CS and machine units including all the Chainsaw Tickets, Chipper, mewp and stump grinder. PM me if you want a list of providers.
