Yep. Going to do the transfers at some point. Gave up testing after it got too hot......... Oops.

To be honest I didn't notice much difference after I had done the exhaust port and baffles. I doesn't sound like it runs any faster or harder. But then without the drum doing its work properly I guess I won't.

Strange - you normally notice a far quicker pickup and heavier fourstroking where the saw would normally top out allowing higher maximum revs.

Oh it revs ok.... So much so that the ruined drum tells me so.

Just not much in power on the cut. I need to sort a new drum sharp ish. Do you know the IPL for the dollars. And what drum will fit the 116. I'm really having trouble with it.

Try This - http://www.bethnchris.com/files/chainsaws/sachsdolmar/116si_IPL.pdf

Oregon part - rim sprocket 27189X will fit as will Spur sprocket - 38075X

Im popping a new piston in a ms200t, anybody got a neat way of installing the spring clips?

Iv'e got the type that dont have the little handles that you can grip with pliers. i know there's a tool but not going to buy it just for one piston.

Thanks
