In the timber market what is the cost of standing oak per cube 2011?

hi david, our local saw mill offered £4 per hoppus ft for our oak butts. that's if we delivered them to his yard. we didn't take the offer. all the best.

Are you talking about saw logs or firewood ?

good question. i assumed david's refering to timber market, sawlogs. we were offered £4 per hoppus ft for 20 hoppus ft sawlogs delivered. good grade firewood oak in cords, 25t load = ~£50-60/m3 or so delivered, alledgedly. apologies, don't know any current standing prices for oak saw logs.
