Having had the opportunity and privilege of working in Vienna on a couple of occasions for "Damo" last year I would'nt hesitate to recommend this fantastic opportunity to anyone else reading this and Damian's other threads on this subject, who might be tempted to give it a go.

Right from the start, from my initial contact the assistance and support offered by "Damo" was impeccable, the flight tickets were arranged, there was a meet and greet at the airport, and accommodation were all provided for.

Vienna has to be one of the most beautiful must see European capitals, both historically cultural and vibrantly modern. The work was interesting and varied in and around the city. The trees themselves are in another dimension with some fantastic specimens that really pushed you to your limits and then beyond.

So if you are an experienced climber, looking for a challenge, love pushing your personal limits in really big trees, with a great work hard play hard attitude then I would heartily recommend that you get in touch with Damian and start packing your bags. It’s a decision that I’m sure you won’t regret.

The world is a small place these days rover:thumbup1:

You're right, but I thought uni-students were meant to be struggling financially? Not hopping across to Austria as and when?:laugh1:

Apologies for the multitude of spelling mistakes in the above post:blushing:
