Very nice, is it just a case of sanding sanding sanding? I have a piece of syc I have set aside for a block but never doneit before so any advise greatly received.

started with a couple of rough bits i cut with the chainsaw about a year or so ago, planed out the worst of it till they were fairly level then set at them with the belt sander trimmed them down and finished the edges by hand took about an hour an a bit each

Nice one thank you. I will give mine a go now with this inspiration. They look great.
