Stihl four mix

I got the hp stuff as advised by the dealer, and he said its only a pound dearer but they don't sell it 5L only 1L at a time!

 

Stihl now sell hp super in 5L cans, I just brought some which works out around 3.95 +vat/L (with discount)

The biggest combi engine is quite a bit smaller then the smallest back pack blower engine so if they are similar in performance then the back pack one must be really badly designed!!

 

I'll get my dealer to give me a price for 5L cans.

Thats what i thought! but he swears when the guy from stihl came down to demo the first ones that came out earlier in the year, there out put was as good as a back back and better than the other hand held blowers!

im quite tempted to take my power unit down a dealer and see if they well let me give one a go .

although he didnt quite convince me bout the guys from stihls claims, its a completly different desighn so who knows..

So why dont the just put one of those blowers on the end of their back pack motor?? I'd be surprise dif its that good, I'll be at the APF tomorrow, maybe stilh have a demo.
