Started to supply softwood for the first time

I too only sell dry wood, mixed loads of whatever I've got. This coming winter will be predominantly what Linnaeus classified as 'hardwoods' but in winter 2012/13 will include a lot of larch, if the artics eventually arrive!

:thumbup:Was cutting softwood yesterday, how much easier and quicker on proccesor, all nice sze, straight as a die and cuts and splits faster than hardwood, did about 5 cube more than when doing hardwood

 

That's why its all i sell bud.it seasons alot faster as well i find, i can put more in yard as well as cheaper to buy in.

its generally easier on my equipment too.Softwood to me means more profit.And i see it as being more sustainable for firewood purposes.
