Hi Sarah, sorry to hear about your theft, we are in the Midlands and I'll keep my years open. We have been robbed in the past and here's a bit of advice based on personal experience. You are very vulnerable to a 'second bite of the cherry' when you replace your stolen equipment because quite often thieves wait for a bit (or watch you) and then have a second go, it happened to a friend of mine recently, and it's happened to me as well in the past. If there is any way that you can keep your gear securely at a different location you may want to consider it.....

Thanks for the advice yeah it's something we are definatley worried about for sure as a lot of people say it's pretty common. Bloody nightmere...

Sorry to here this that will be a big blow for production for a wee while. weve had people climb into the back of our old tipper and steal saws and ladders while we were in it! some got away some weren't so lucky :sneaky2: the lenghts some people will go too all the best in retrieving your equipment.

similiar thing happened to me only i was up tree, groundie busy with big lowering, scum bashed window out the back of my pickup and helped themselves.............

 

Hope you can get it sorted soon, an i'l keep eyes peeled here in Bolton :sneaky2:

sorry to read this times are tough enough without added problems very tough to stop determined thieves suppose the only way is too make things as difficult as possible for the scum bags have bits of spare kit if you are really stuck chin up ...:001_smile:
