I cant make any promises but if any comes my way in the next four days they will be in my boot for your use.

failing all else i can pop to a site and grab a few sycamore lengths, 2-3 inch diameter but what lengths?

1m lengths will do as being cut smaller and split anyway.

chaps sorry to derail and hi jack,I have access to absolutely naff loads of rowan, what can I make with it? I'm a complete newbie to this.I've been burnig the stuff as it was too small for firewood. If there's any use for it I would sure prefer to preserve it instead of waste it.

If wish to pm me instead of litter this thread that would be awfully kind.

The wood is dense and used for carving, turning, tool handles and walking sticks. I haven't tried anything like furniture out of it tho.

Oh and the berries for jam
