TFL and the London Emission Zone

Got a letter arrived this morning saying that my LDV van had been clocked going through the LAZ and according to their records is unmodified for cleaner emmissions.

It was the 1st warning letter to be followed by a £200 fine

I was straight on the blower as my van will come into play for them on 4th oct 2010 on vans which are 1.25 tonne.

They said according to their computer my van weighed 4 tonne which is about double as to what it actually is.

anybody else getting agro like this

in 2010 will be hitching a large trailer on a tired Landy Disco for going into london jobs

The zone is all the london Boros plus a little bit of the M25 near Heathrow

I think you need check your weights, what sort of van are you talking about or do you mean truck?
