Standard pruss im affraid. I was taught using single roap (bowline etc) and two side strops 25 yrs ago. Would like to do more eg vt but at the moment find it hard getting the time to mess about (only climbing at weekends so need to get in and finished as priority).

Its good to read the set ups you lot use, when I get time I will start to have a play about.

ok, only reason i ask is if you're using a v.t you can incorporate the v.t pulley into your saw lowering system and eliminate the need for that extra pulley on your harness

It does sound like the vt has more advantages. Hopefully if things keep going well and I go full time I will be able to optimise things :151:
