Oh yes several letters and phone calls from a dept collecting firm . Its all died down now ( fingers crossed ) but they were very persistent . I explained several times the situation and each time they said they would look into it . The hole thing was over a period of roughly 2 years . They always started with " We are sorry for your loss and realise its difficult time but you owe .......They did not seem to grasp the fact that the property had been empty from before the last refunded bill and the now , in fact , it belonged to someone else !

Simula type of thing when my mother moved from a rented flat debt firm letters thought it was all sorted then they sold the debt to another firm, and it all started again
