ID help please

Sorry about poor quality pic, I can take more. This was 2 metres up on the main stem of a Tilia x europaea, that is being outcompeted by it's neighbours and has a poor looking crown. Also, the base of the main stem appears to have had a large amount of bark removed below where this fungus was.

 

Like I said, will get more pics, but was in a bit of rush as it was one of about 20 very mature limes in a church yard that I had a first glance at...hello to a week of deadwooding, crown lifting and epicormic-tasticness! :thumbup:
