Craig F-J: i think it was a hydraulic chainsaw he was using, I only got a photo of it from beheind so you can just see the pipes, I'll put it on for you if you like?

 

That'd be good Sam cheers. I was interested in the power unit he was using but had no power left In my camera when I came across him carving.
