Is it that good that he needs the box of tissues?

I thought the tissues were to stem the blood if the other half caught him with a big dirty chainsaw on their coffee table.

Either that or to clean the oil of the said table:001_rolleyes::lol:

My other half would do her crust if one found it's way that deep in to the house:lol:

the question is what do we mean by the 'oil' here. Anyway I think an Englishmans coffee table is his castle - respecting the chainsaws and tissues combo is what makes us great.

(I reckon you'd definitely need more than 2 strokes with that chainsaw though)

I still love my old 056! Purchased new in 1983/4 I think. It's been put away for quite some years (forgotten until recently) and this post has reminded me what a lovely saw it was and also how feeble I have become as I used to be able to use it all day without any bother. It still looks good and the paint is still shiny too! :thumbup1:

I recently hired a climber to do a take down for me. I was 'groundie' for the day which I enjoyed doing.

This week I've ringed up the butt to let it dry a little better. I needed my old 056 saw to do the job.

Well, I filled it with oil and fresh fuel, even I was surprised as it fired first pull (True) and started on the third go.....Brilliant. Job done:biggrin:
