Aha! I'm having a lightbulb moment. I've heard of the spice sumach but never associated it with Rhus, even though it's got the same English name.

 

I'm not sure I'm all that keen to try it :confused1:

All of a sudden, the sumach doesn't sound quite so bad after all.

 

maybe the chocolate dipped oak galls???? AAh see your eyes have lit up......"dipped in chocolate?.....well maybe I'll try them"......she's thinking.:sneaky2:
