Seriously, I did mine recently, and though I passed, I nearly tripped up on checking the chain oil flow and got the angles mixed up when doing the split-level cut. When training, I was always forgetting to put the visor down. Mind you, don't worry about getting the six snedding cuts in precise order, as the assessor acknowledged that trees don't always grow that way.

Brings back memories; when I did my assessment it was icy and only briefly got above 0, it snowed, it rained, it was gusty and we felled near a train track (suprisingly), but I loved it. one of the most significant days of my working life and the sun came out at the end. For anone reading this thread, the assessors really want to pass every one. You only have to prove your up to it so breath and enjoy
