nice pics, gives me more of an idea wat ive got in store in june :D how did u do?

 

its briliant mate,,, what an experiance, am liking the forestry side of thing now :001_smile:.

i have my assesment on the 27th,, but i got each cut first time and each tequinque so am more than confidant

Looking good. Whats the wood going for? Since your fairly local who did you do it with and at what site?

 

unsure, it had to be cut to 2.4 meters and stacked so i assume either timber or pulp, i did it throught moulton collage and the site was salcey forest in northampton

sweet, im lookin forward to it, gotta wait til june to do it thou which is a shame. got the first few cuts perfect on the cs30, for the first time with a saw i was feelin pleased with myself. cant wait to see what felling a tree feels like!

2.4 is probally for fencing. Although i've done firewood to 2.4 too. I guess it's not too far from Bucks to Northampton. I wondered if you were over near Hitchin in Herts it looks a bit like it.
