Do you want mud or all terrain?

Try any branch of Protyre, Southam tyres in warwickshire, or WA Allen and sons in Cornwall. All good BFG dealers, esp the last of them.

The generals, although good, are a bit of a distant second on longevity TBH.

Try Camskill or John Craddock Ltd on tinternet.

Not sure where you've seen 30x10.5x15 though as that's not a standard size.

Did you mean 30x9.5x15 or 31x10.5x15?

If you're running the old style Ranger with the 2.5TD lump it'll just take 31x10.5x15 without having to do anything else, they'll give you a touch more clearance under the diffs and make the speedo read spot on too.

thanks for the help guys

yes i ment 31x10.5x15

its a 2004 ranger

looking on the web it seems as if the only sizes avail for me are 235/75R15, so thinner and taller

i suppose this means less resistance/friction on road and a touch more fuel economy, but will it have a gearing up effect on the truck???

john craddock 235/75R15 BFG AT £99......bargain

Watch out for the VAT on 'em though!

BF GOODRICH TYRES / 4X4 / BF GOODRICH ATKO ALL TERRAIN BFG AT KO - 235/75R15 104S RWL TL :: £101.00 :: 4x4 Tyres - SUV Tyres - All Terrain Tyres - Off Road Tyres - 15" :: R15" - 235/75/15, 235/75 R 15 ::

£101 INCLUDING VAT :thumbup1:

I think 235 75 15 is standard size for a Ranger too (or it's what mine was wearing when I got it anyway) so shouldn't change your drive either.
