Wii fit.

I din't mean it to sound quite as disparaging as it did, either towards my tubby rellies or towards wii I should have reread before I posted!

 

I think wii fit is good home entertainment and as you say, it's better than sitting on the sofa and not doing any exercise at all.

 

But if you want to be serious about either achieving or maintaining a decent level of muscle strength and cardio fitness then there are better options, even it that means doing it at home if you can't get to the gym.

 

I only do 20-30 mins light weights and resistance work per day at home and the results are very noticable.

one thing I learned very early on was that you cannot be better (or worse) than some else at yoga.

 

......unless you play it on the Wii fit and it gives you a score

 

I've never tried Yoga properly though, only had a play around on the balance board thingy on the Wii.

Get a bike!! That way you will be breathing FRESH air when you excercise and get fit and see some lovely countryside......then come home and play computer games that have conned a milion chip eating beer swilling lazies that they dont have to leave their centrally heated boxes as they will get fit vegging out infront of a TV screen:biggrin:
