Yep. We have a natural Ash deadwood monolith caused but dryads saddle and mellea. When they were "together" they bickered about its demise. Eventually its crown dropped and they were both happy as one of them wanted the crown removing the other wanted it deadwooding and reducing to make it safe.

It was alive but only just. Whilst our inhouse tree officers were bickering like children about the best solution for the trees fate it dropped its crown which subsiquently killed the tree turning it into a deadwod monolith. After the tree had done this both tree officers were happy that the tree was safe and now low enough to miss the road.
