Can't tell you an easy way, my guess would be that there's only one way and thats to drop the tank. When our Td5 tank pump packed up we had to remove the tank to replace - it's a Landy, lots of faults built in...

When my pump went I scoured the forums and found some dimensions to cut a hole in the floor to get at it. In the end I chickened out and got the garage to drop the tank. There wasn't much gap between the floor and the tank to get it wrong. If you put a blanking plate over the hole afterwards it would make it easier to get at it next time!

how different is the 90 to the 110?

we (2) dropped the tank and put it back in in under an hour on my 110 a month ago

there was only 4 nuts and 2 jubbilee clips to undo, drop the tank, twist a bit and undo the 4 fuel pipes (push fit things)

once the tanks out the sender / pump unscrews a bit and lifts out

of course they may be totally different :001_smile:
