1 banana, handful of porridge oats, Handful of frozen fruit, Tablespoon of natural yoghurt, Soya milk ( about 300ml depends on what texture you want) Honey to sweeten. Bloomin Lush!! It's a Jamie Oliver recipe. Good start to the the day!:001_smile:

That's a good idea, bung in some yoghurt. Maybe that can go in instead of the ice-cream for me. Or maybe I'll keep the icecream. It is cold after all, and very much ice and creamy.

Keep the ice cream if feel like it man it won't hurt so long as your active.

 

Unless your forced to have soya milk due to lactose issues I'd not use it as soya easily converts to estrogen...not what us males want alot of in our bloodstream lol

It does taste good tho. Agree there haha it wouldn't hurt in moderation I'm sure just long term and regularly it has been shown to decrease levels of free testosterone somehow.
