I dleivered two level builders bags full at £50 each bag. I was £55 below the previous quote for the same amount, he also told me coal had doubled in price, whether this be true I don't know.

that guy unloads by hand for that price aswell as free delivery

 

prices in our area average at £60 per m3 + delivery

 

he obviously wants to undercut the competition

Depends on whether you pack it carefully or not but that is the size of the bags.
