hi everyone im thinking of buying a bobcat has anyone got one ?

 

Im thinking of geting a grinder for the front ? has anyone used one for that ??

 

Im also thinking of geting a grapple for it for loading timber on the truck and for loading chips.

 

Any advise would be good many thanks stuart

Stuart, I'm biased here because I deal in this equipment, but my advice is get a mini articulating loader. The are faster, lift higher and are much turf kinder than a skidsteer.

 

I'll post up some pics tomorrow.

 

A few guys on the forum here have used mine, always seems to get a thumbs up.

Articulated is better than skidsteer if you ever want to use it in a clients garden. Very useful piece of kit.

 

You dont really need the grapple for loading timber, just a pair of pallet forks.

 

The CSF Multione is well worth a look.

Thats why you need articulated rather than skidsteer. Dont tear up the grass.

iv hired out an avant what was realy good i need a grapple for grabbing small trees.

The Avant is a copy of the CSF. I can sell you a grapple, I'll put up some pics tomorrow.

Get a german made Schaffer loader,its amazing the difference between it and skidsteers or dingo/kanga regarding damage to lawns etc

I hear you about the Dingo / Kanga Kimtree, but the CSF type loader is a lot more advanced than the Schaeffer - Oscillating centre joints, load sensing hydraulics, telescopic lift arms, 4 wheel motors, massive range of options etc.
