thought i would share the awesome view that i had in work today

not the best quality pics [phone camera]

we are felling all the diseased larch in the afan valley [neath/port talbot-south wales]for the forestry commision

we are just felling in blocks,the extraction will be undertaken by another company

so its just fell,fell,fell and as you can tell by the altitude of the pics the ground is steep,the hardest part of the job is staying on your feet

You been dropping trees along the road by the golf links in bryn as well?

I wondered why the trees were being felled then left. Looks like you have been busy.

 

most probs the boys did those before i started,but yes craig its very busy

its just continuous felling all day,and you feel it at the end of the day!

but i would rather go to work and be busy than hang about:thumbup:
