well, it was a fell when I started spiking up it, and by the time I got to the top and tied in the client had changed his mind and wanted it reduced instead. Ho Hum.

I hedgetrimmed a very large varigated Holly today, flower beds all round the dripline, all with exotic flowers etc, couldn't sheet incase we squished them so had to hand pick the cutting out of them.

 

Had the old classic, waited till we had spent over an hour picking every last clipping up and got the area spotless and said, "could you just trim that side a little more" after standing there watching us for 15 mins.

 

I said no problem if you tidy up :001_tongue:

And the strangest thing about my job was that the third tree, which was down for a light prune, had a load of old spike holes all up one side.
