Fos??

THE ISC bollard, FOS, Friction On Site. There's another name for it but it escapes me right now.

It was invented by Dave Spencer/Lauren Eide from Toronto years ago.

I recently tried a lock jack sport for the first time, was impressed with that! Had a couple of ops on my shoulder over the last few years and climbing now takes its toll on me more than it used to so im keen for anything that makes it easier!! :)

I've been using the rope guide and lockjack sport for about 3 years now. A seriously smooth system. Rope guide, really good on chog downs, set up below your wire, just chokes up tight to the pole, if you do happen to have your spikes kick out , the length of the slide is minimal.

i used to get a lot of aches in my elbows at the end of a days climbing, dont have any problems whatsoever now....worth every penny.
